Tom, thanks for dropping by.

Here is a couple of sites you might want to visit:
Things I've Stumbled Across Along the Way.

I have written it to capture those ideas I had been sharing with my real estate students, and anyone else who would listen.

I am a big fan of thank yous. Gratitude is where it's at.

Every morning (okay, sometimes in the afternoon) and before I even get out of bed, I tell the universe at least 5 things for which I am thankful.

90% of the time, the first thing on the list was for a good night sleep, but it's important to be well rested, I think.

With a new year around the corner, it's a great time to set relationship goals. In today's society many people allow busyness to overtake their time to the point relationships are non existent or remain shallow. Your ideas help push people in the right direction.

Thanks for stopping by. I was not aware one could find my blog by doing a search on running - have to try it sometime, he, he. I am afraid I am not so positive as the people you like. But I am not a cynic either.
