A question I was emailed yesterday. "What am I trying to sell?"

Answer: Nothing.

I woke up this morning grateful that I don’t need to use the Internet as a way of making money. I also received a couple that thanked me for not trying to promote anything and that motivational sites that they have gone to have tons of ads trying to sell them products. This blog is really something for me and I am just sharing.

I get far more emails than people that respond here and I will respond to all emails until it gets out of hand. A note to the people that are emailing me: I have enabled my posting feature so that you can post without being a google member.

I was reading last week about one of my life heroes Clara Barton (founder of the red-cross). I think she sometimes gets overlooked because her birthday is on Christmas maybe?

I can't say that I have run across any blogs or sites that are motivational that dont try and sell something.

Found you through Hillary Needs a Vacation and now I'm a fan!

Good writing.

You still live (if it can be called that) in Southern California? I escaped in 1992, moved to the California Delta area and then 2 years later moved to Ohio.

I find your theories on diet, etc. fascinating. I'm starting a new eating program next week - primarily to yes, drop some serious poundage but also to alleviaate a severe arthritic condition in my back. So you will become a must-stop for me.

Gayle, Ohio has some of the nicest people in the country but the whether is different. I care deeply about diet as it relates to attitude and I will post what I am doing and you can take what you like from it. Thanks for being a fan.

Tom, saw your comments on Infini's posting. I agree with your idea about postiveness addictions. I try to surround myself with all things positive, too.

Jack I am glad you agree, I try to keep as much positive stuff around me as possible.

Not just for the holiday season but year round.
