My daily journal, I have been as many of you know journaling for over 5 years. I have found that by revisiting the journal quarterly I come up with some great ideas to use and recall things. Some of the notation I use is L circled which represents something I learned, a G circled which represents something that I am greatful for and a plus that is circled that represents a positive thing that happened that day. I have others as well but those are the most common. I journal simply using spiral ring binders that I save.

Can I add you to "my friends" list although I don't really know you?:)
Sure.
Hi Tom, first of all thank you so much for your visit. I'm glad you like my blog. By my blog I sell my drawings. But you know, it's important that someone appreciates them too. Hope to read you soon on my blog.
Mauro

Hello Tom,
I got to your blog via my friend Tom's Givemeaning blog where you had left a post. I really love your posts and look forward to reading future posts.
Journaling is such a healthy exercise and can be healing, cathartic, amusing and a literal history of ones life. I am always interested in how people choose to journal.... whether it is organic (when one feel the need) or if it is part of a daily ritual. I also think that circling prominent thoughts and written actions is an awesome idea... Thanks for sharing.
It is wonderful to come to a site that is filled with pro-activity and warmth.
Truly,
Shira
